•  There are no TVs in the bedrooms or parlor, however there is a TV and DVD player in one of the common rooms on the second floor.

• Bedrooms are limited to double occupancy except for The Nest.

• No Smoking or Pets are allowed on the premises.

• Check in is 3:00pm to 6:00pm; check out by noon.

• All room rates include full breakfast

• Your Mastercard, Visa, or check will hold your reservation

• Cancellation policy: $5 handling charge with 7 days notice
